Living in Florida you need a reliable A/C company. Everyone is friendly and professional. We called this morning and my A/C is fixed this afternoon. I wouldn't use anyone else!
I was very nervous about getting the right AC unit since it was a huge expense. Jim, the owner came to my home to answer all my questions and concerns in a very patient and kind manner. The installation went great. The technicians were very professional. I am now enjoying a nice cool home, hopefully for many years to come. I would definitely recommend Comfort Zone and Heating!
Called when i got to the house and found the AC wasn't cooling. The very nice lady that answered the service number was very helpful and told me that someone would be out later today and would text me before they came. The technician, Cliff, was very polite and professional. He diagnosed the issue right away the made phone calls to see if a replacement compressor was available. Since it was a Friday, waiting on a call on Monday to see what is next.
I first used this company for my A/C & Heating needs at my business location. They were so terrific that I used them at my home. Between the two buildings, they have pretty much done everything I could possibly need from an A/C & Heating company; starting with "turning on the heat" at my business (years after it was installed, mind you), to replacing our home AC, to maintenance like they did today. Super great, trustworthy company! I highly recommend them.

Comfort Air installed my new unit 4 years ago and I've been with them ever since. The owner Jim is knowledgeable. He has always responded promptly to inquiries and been patient with requests. Recently, I was stuck inside with no AC and technician Brian made sure he promptly got my unit back up to speed and answered my questions thoroughly.
