Brought new construction in Vero Beach 4 years ago. The indoor evaporator coil was poorly installed by the builder's subcontractor and developed a leak in tubing that rubbed together. Zack quickly did the initial diagnosis and company owner Jim got a new evaporator coil ordered immediately making sure I had enough refrigerant to last me until the part came in. Techs Zack and Cliff got the coil installed and did a great new install with attention to detail evident. Cost for the whole job was better than reasonable. Comfort Zone A/C and Heating will always be my go to company for HVAC. I am recommending this local Vero Beach company to all my friends and neighbors.
The tech came out promptly and took care of the problem in minutes. Courteous and efficient.
I've tried several A/C companies over the years and most recently have had misdiagnosis of an issue. I had met Jim through his wife and sensed immediately his/their kindness, sincerity and love of family.
My A/C was making a noise in the attic which, after several months got louder and louder and scarier. Company A came out and said it was something and would only get worse, so I waited. Finally, I called Comfort Zone A/C , Jim came out and immediately recognized the problem, ordered the big part and within 2 days no more loud rattling.
I highly recommend this company...their knowledge is incredible

These guys were amazing! As young home owners with a new baby we tried to save money and redo our duct work ourselves but hit a few walls - we called up Jim and he even tried to help walk us through it. Ultimately he and his crew came out to fix our mistakes and finish the job. They worked ALL day and finished in such a quick manner - it was top notch! ????????

I've used Comfort Zone for the past 10 years. In addition to the qualities I've noted they have had remarkable consistency with their technicians. I've gotten to know a couple of them very well and, more importantly, they know me, my home and the quirks of my systems. They've been there every time when we've had an emergency even when I'm not there. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend them to everyone.
We recently had to install a new HVAC system in our condo in Florida. Reached out to a few contractors but was so impressed with Comfort Zones quality of service and responsiveness that there was no doubt Jim and his team were going to do the best job. Trying to manage this remotely given the current Covid 19 travel restrictions was concerning to me. But Comfort Zones immediate communications, to include the photos and the constant and consistent flow of communications through out the project was outstanding. I felt like I was there through the entire process. Most important I know Comfort Zone and Jim's staff will always be there for me for years to come. One of the most important contractor to any condo owner is to have a solid professional relationship with their HVAC person. Jim's crew make that easy. Excellent work and I highly recommend you talk to Jim before you move forward with any HVAC projects.
