Had 3 other company's to my home for hvac problems they took the money and ran. Called comfort talked to Courtney she was nice ,and answered all my questions . She sent grayson out today he dod a great job all items taken care. All my business is going here. Tell your friends if they need a new company Comfort Zone is a great company and affordable!

We recently worked with Jason S. and the team at Comfort Zone Air Conditioning for a major AC replacement project at our newly purchased home in Vero Beach, and we couldn't be more impressed. Our existing system was from 2002 and, although it still worked, it was very inefficient and in need of replacement. From start to finish, Jason made the process smooth and informative.

What really stood out to us was Jason's approach—there were no high-pressure sales tactics or attempts to oversell us on a larger system than we actually needed. Instead, he took the time to carefully evaluate our home's needs. He measured every opening, performed a detailed load calculation for both cooling and heating, and considered factors like the age of the structure and insulation. Jason also took the time to ask us about our comfort preferences and thermostat habits, which made us feel that the system he recommended was truly tailored to our lifestyle.

Throughout the process, Jason was professional, responsive, and made sure all of our questions were answered. Comfort Zone Air Conditioning clearly prioritizes customer needs and delivers a high level of service. Where to begin, I'm so appreciative of the company and service they offer to the public. I met them through Habitat for Humanity when they replaced my unit five years ago and I've continued to call them for regular maintenance. Each and every visit has been very professional.

Comfort Zone installed our air conditioning and heating system several years back. It always seemed right to have them back for regular maintenance or repair if anything were wrong. When they are here for the twice yearly maintenance, I am always amazed at the professionalism and thoroughness of their workers. For instance, we just had the end of winter maintenance performed. The repairman was a gentleman that had been here before. When their workers are good, they hold on to them. He showed me that the UV light that kills germs and mold in my system had burned out. We have a warranty program on the UV light. Before he replaced it he told us that when this unit was built the UV light was installed in a particular area. They have now found that the light could reach a larger area if it were installed in a slightly different location. He installed new wiring to relocate the light and installed a small glass peephole so we could more easily know if the UV light was off or on.

Great people to work with. Jim was very competitive with his pricing and gave me a great deal on the out side compressor and air handler and put in a lot of time and effort to make sure the system was the right size and the duct work was the right size for the unit and the house. His installers worked two 12 hour days relentlessly with no breaks not even a lunch and did a great job. And even put up with me looking over there shoulder and asking a million questions the whole time. We even discovered that Jim and his dad had put in the original unit 30 years ago.
