We mange several rental properties in the area, and Comfort zone was referred to us by a trusted friend. i am happy to say They did not disappoint. From my very first contact I was greeted with great care and understanding. They quickly got to the job, diagnosed it and provide a very professional assessment. they even helped with a temporary cooling solution to help make the home comfortable while we waited for the new system to arrive. Our old HVAC system was 22 years old and worked well....until it didn't. Comfort Zone sent out their technician Grayson who gave us a temporary fix until we could get a new system ordered.
He presented the various HVAC options we could choose from.
During the entire process he patiently answered all our questions and concerns from the time of the repair through the installation and even after. He sure is much more than a technician. I hope he is well paid for all his knowledge.
